Before you buy
You can request a refund up to 7 days (7 × 24 hours) after purchase and until the event starts, whichever comes first: within that period the refund is automatic and you get back everything you paid, including the fee and any card interest. Once the event has started, still within the 7 days, you can send a request, which the Vibeland team reviews after the event.
