I went to the event but did not check in: how do I request my certificate?

The certificate is issued automatically only to people who checked in at the entrance. If you went and did not check in, you can ask the organizer:

• Sign in and open the request form.
• Choose the ticket for the event that already happened.
• Tell us in a few lines how you took part (e.g. which days you went, which talks you saw).
• The organizer checks and replies. If released, the certificate shows up in My certificates and you get an email. If declined, you get the reason by email.

You can only request it for events that have ended and whose organizer takes certificate requests. While the request is under review, you can cancel it in My certificates.
